IMPAIRED DRIVER CHARGED IN CRASH RESULTING IN DEATH AND INJURY

IMPAIRED DRIVER CHARGED IN CRASH RESULTING IN DEATH AND INJURY
By:  Galen Satterlee

Today, a driver that caused a deadly accident along the 202 in Gilbert in 2013, was charged with manslaughter, aggravated assault, and drug possession.  The driver was apparently on meth at the time of the crash and collided with a DPS vehicle parked along the side of the freeway.  The DPS employee was injured and the driver's passenger was killed.

Sadly, the frequency of drug or alcohol related crashes in Arizona and elswhere remains disturbingly common.  If you've been injured or a loved one has been killed as a result of a driver impaired by alcohol or drugs, you need any accident attorney that will champion your rights and maximize your recovery against the culpable parties.

Attorneys CJ Gibbs and Galen Satterlee are dedicated to advocating for the rights of victims of impaired driving.  Please call us if you have been a victim of a drunk or impaired driver.  We want to earn the right to represent you!
