Today, a driver that caused a deadly accident along the 202 in Gilbert in 2013, was charged with manslaughter, aggravated assault, and drug possession. The driver was apparently on meth at the time of the crash and collided with a DPS vehicle parked along the side of the freeway. The DPS employee was injured and the driver's passenger was killed.
Sadly, the frequency of drug or alcohol related crashes in Arizona and elswhere remains disturbingly common.
